Congratulations on your role as the new Scrip Coordinator for Raley’s Quality of Life Scrip program! Your role is an important one. The duties you perform not only help your group earn valuable funds, but also help maximize your opportunities in our Quality of Life program.

We rely on Scrip Coordinators to order additional cards, keep track of money accrued and to assist your contributors with answering questions, ordering replacement cards, and registering cards.

It’s a lot to handle right? We’re here to help! Below is a list of frequently asked questions to help you in your role as the Scrip Coordinator. 

How do I log into my organization account?

By visiting www.raleys.com/qcard you can log into your organization’s account and view money earned Month to Date, Quarter to Date, Year to Date, and Total to Date.  You can also view the card numbers that are contributing monthly to make sure all of your participants are active.  If you keep track and log into your organization account, you will be able to see when you should be due a payment from Raley’s.  You also must have your Organization ID number and password in order to log in.

  1. Once you have visited www.raleys.com/qcard please click on “Youth Organization log in.” 
  2. Type in your Organization ID number and password.  

Why haven’t we received a check?

Please log into your account at www.raleys.com/qcardorg and check the Quarter to Date contributions.  We mail out, or deposit, checks quarterly.  Please keep in mind; you must reach the minimum of $100.00 before we send out payment.  If you don’t reach the $100 minimum during the quarter, your balance will accrue until you reach the minimum.  It is your responsibility, as the Scrip Coordinator, to keep track of all earnings.  We  are unable to go back in your account and determine when the last payment was made.  

How do I order additional cards for my organization?

In order to place an order for additional cards please visit www.raleys.com/qcardorg. Please click on “Request for additional quality of life cards.”  Fill out the form, including the number of cards you would like to have sent to you, and fax it back to (916)373-0881.  You can also mail the form to:

You do have to be listed as the current scrip coordinator in order to place an order for cards.  If you are new and the old contact is no longer the Scrip Coordinator please let us know and we would be more then happy to update the information.  Updating the Scrip Coordinator does not require a form being filled out, we can automatically update that information for you in our system.  Once your organization has been set up, the maximum for additional cards ordered at one time is 100.  This is to make sure we have enough cards to go around to all of our interested schools and community organizations. Once you have activated half of the cards we send you, you will be able to place another order for cards. 

How do I order replacement cards for individual members?

If you are the scrip coordinator, participants may tell you that they need a new card.  You are able to place that order with us.  In order to do that, please visit www.raleys.com/qcardorg  and click on “Request quality of life card replacement.”  Please fill out the information for the participant and fax it back to (916)373-0881.  You can also mail the form to:

What do I do if I’m helping a participant register and it says that the phone number is already in use?

We use the phone number as one of the identifiers for accounts.  Once a phone number is in our system it can’t be duplicated.  You can solve this problem by ordering a replacement card for their old card or by having them use a different phone number, such as a cell or work number.  Once a phone number is in the system it can’t be deleted, if you prefer to use the same phone number then you must order a replacement card.

What if I need to change the organization address?

In order to change the address for your organization, please visit www.raleys.com/qcard.  Please click on the “Change of Address Form”. (Link for change of address form) Fill out the required information and mail it to the address listed on the bottom of the page.

What if our organization has closed and I need to close the account?

In order to close an established Raley’s Quality of Life Card account, please send your request to us in writing stating that the organization has closed and you would like to terminate the account. This letter MUST be on letterhead from the organization and include contact information for leadership. You can mail the letter to:

Once we have received the letter, the remaining balance will be paid out.

How do I switch my organization to direct deposit?

In order to switch your account to direct deposit please click on the “Authorization and Payment setup form”; you can find this form on www.raleys.com/qcard. Please fill out the required information and send it to:

Please keep in mind; this will take 3-4 weeks to take effect.

What if I want to know the names that belong to the card numbers?

Unfortunately, we don’t have access to names once the cards have been distributed.  You must keep track of all the participants’ names and card numbers when you hand out cards.  This is not a necessity; however, we cannot backtrack and give you the names for any of your card numbers.  If this is something you are interested in doing, you must keep track from the beginning. 

Being a Scrip Coordinator is a rewarding job as well as a big responsibility. As this is a free program and Raley’s absorbs 100% of the administrative costs, we’re limited on the support we can provide. We are no longer able to activate cards for members, research previous payments, look up accounts.  All of these services can be done online at raleys.com/qcard. We are here to assist you in case of an emergency, but we need you, as the Scrip Coordinator, to lead your organization to success. Please note that it may take up to a week for us to respond to inquiries.
