How do I get a Quality of Life Scrip card to support youth education?
You can obtain a Quality of Life card from many participating schools and youth organizations in your community. Stores do not have cards and Corporate does not mail individual cards.
How do I get a UPromise card?
You may fill out the “Request UPromise Card” form or email your name and mailing address to Consumer Affairs at crpcnafs@raleys.com. Processing may take up to 2 weeks.
How do I register my Quality of Life Card? I don't have a computer so what do I do?

Here are a few suggestions to assist you in registering your card. The card number is the first 11 digits on the back of the card, starting with the 4, do not include spaces and dashes. When you create your password, please keep in mind that the password field is limited to 8 characters and will be case sensitive.
If you do not have a computer, perhaps a family member or friend could assist you. Also, the public libraries have computers for use, which are free, and of course, Kinko's but there is a charge to use the computer. Your Scrip Coordinator may also be able to register your card.
I've been trying to register my Quality of Life Card but I keep getting a message that my card is invalid. What do I do?
This means your card is not linked to an organization. Please email your card number along with the organization you wish to support to crpcnafs@raleys.com.
Scrip Coordinators: Please email the beginning and ending card numbers and the organization name/ID number to crpcnafs@raleys.com. We will gladly link the cards to your organization.
I think I registered my Quality of Life Card but I don't know for sure. I tried to register it again and now I'm getting a message that phone number is already used. What do I do?
Please double-check your password. The password field is limited to 8 characters and is case sensitive. If you find your password is longer, please only enter the first 8 characters.
I can't seem to find where I need to go on your website to select an organization. Where do I go?
The cards are pre-linked to an organization.

I lost my Quality of Life Card and I got another one but the system won't allow me to register this new card. How can I register this new card?
You must use a different phone number. Our system is set up to recognize only one phone number per account. If you want to keep the same information, we can mail you areplacement card. Please fill out the “Request Quality of Life Card Replacement” form and mail or fax to:

I've forgotten my password and I've changed e-mail address so I can't reset my password. What is my password?
To reset your password, you need to use the email address you registered the card with, even if the email address is no longer valid. The purpose of the email address is for resetting your password. Do Not Worry. The password updates automatically and nothing is sent to your old email address.

I made several trips to the store last week but when I look at my account online; my account doesn't reflect my purchases. Why not?
Our system typically updates over the weekend. Any purchases you make will not be reflected in your account until the following week.
What percentage of my purchases goes to the organization?
The contributions are calculated on a graduated tiered schedule from 1% to 4% based on each participant's total accumulated monthly purchases. Your purchased are calculated on a monthly basis. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions to review the calculations and qualifying purchases.
How do I enroll my organization in your program?
In order to participate in our program, your organization must have a 501 (c) 3 non-profit status and provide youth education through sports, as well as through the schools and churches.
