Ginger Lime Melon Salad

Ingredients
2 cups each: cubed honeydew, cantaloupe and
watermelon
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. minced crystallized ginger
1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
Toss all ingredients together. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Makes about 6 servings.
